Collection: REDO Coverage

We now offer return protection on orders called Redo, which you can opt-in or opt-out of at checkout on the website. On the App/SHOP, you can add coverage by adding the REDO product to cart. If you opt-in for Redo for $1.98 with your order, your return shipping label (if needed) will be covered 100%. You can return any eligible items(s) on that order for no additional cost.
If you do not opt-in to the coverage, you can still return items and will still go through the new return portal, but will pay the cost of the return shipping label.
Returns via our new Redo Return portal will still follow existing return guidelines and to be returned within the designated return windows.

Return requests offered within 7 days of your post marked delivery. You must initiate a return request within those 7 days using our return portal. You will have 7 days from when a return is initiated to drop the item off at the post office. You are recommended to get a receipt or scan package in to be accepted. Please ensure items are double bagged to protect the contents.

Any items returned after 14 days of post-marked delivery will not be accepted for a refund and customer must pay shipping to return item back or forfeit item.
