Returns

To start a return, click here

Return requests offered within 7 days of your post marked delivery. You must initiate a return request within those 7 days using our return portal. You will have 7 days from when a return is initiated to drop the item off at the post office. You are recommended to get a receipt or scan package in to be accepted. Please ensure items are double bagged to protect the contents.

Any items returned after 14 days of post-marked delivery will not be accepted for a refund and customer must pay shipping to return item back or forfeit item. 

All items must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, unaltered, free of odor and must have the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse an item for refund if item appears to have an odor, been worn or washed. Shoes must be in the original boxes, if provided.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you opt-in for Redo coverage, a free return label will be provided to you via the return portal above. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Non-returnable items include: Clearance/Sale items, Doorbuster Sale items, jewelry, accessories, gift cards, food/drink products, opened bath/body products, bodysuits, swimsuits, and intimates including bralettes  

***Sale/Clearance items are FINAL Sale.*** Mystery items and free items (purchased with gifted account credit) are non-returnable. 

Refunds will only be processed to the original card purchased.

PREORDER items are returnable for store credit only, within same guidelines listed above. Custom/personalized items are non-returnable except in case of error/defect.

Exchanges

Due to ever changing stock, we no longer offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for another size, please reorder the new size you need while it is available and proceed to return the unwanted item using the return instructions above and a refund will be processed upon return. 

SHIPPING

Shipping is flat rate $6.95. Free shipping on orders over $99! 

Local pickup is available in Aurora, IL.
Be sure to select local pickup option instead of entering a shipping address and email aj.attiredmom@gmail.com to arrange a pickup time.

All items will ship timely within 24-48 business hours of purchase via USPS unless a sale event or otherwise noted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

attiredmom boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking notification has been sent and the package has been picked up from our store, all issues with shipping fall on the carrier. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe/secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS or police department to resolve the problem, or visit this web address for more ways to fix this issue: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Missing Item/Wrong Item

While we strive for perfection, we are human and mistakes happen. If you receive your order and are missing an item or received the wrong item, please access our return portal as well so we can get you taken care of. 

Damaged Goods

Upon receiving your package, please check that it is free of damages. We can only help with damaged/defective items within the first 30 days.  If it is, also utilize our return portal.

After the damage is reviewed, we will provide a free return label, if we need the item back and issue a replacement if available, or refund if not.  Once you've received the label, please send back the damaged item within 7 days. Items not sent back timely will not be accepted. 

As a small business, we cannot offer refunds or credit after an item has been worn or washed. After the item has been worn attiredmom boutique is not liable for any damage that occurs during wear/wash. Please be sure to follow garment care tag instructions before wear and wash.
